    Shipping policy

    Shipping & Delivery 

    We ship orders to all 50 US states. Our posted and free shipping rates apply to only the continental US. Please check back for updates as we evolve our distribution. 

    Ground Shipping: 

    • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipment. 
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for Ground shipments to be delivered. 
    • Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. 

    Expedited shipping: 

    • Expedited Shipping purchases placed by 11:00 am EDT will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am EDT will be processed and shipped the next available business day. 
    • Please note that orders are processed, shipped and delivered on Monday – Friday only, excluding major holidays. 

     How do I know when my order ships? 

    • Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice. 
    • To check the status of your order, log in to your account and click on “My Orders” under “My Account”.
